Tip Collection

Block builders attach MEV tips to transactions, which validators collect through dedicated tip accounts.

Eight Tip PDAs per validator aggregate tips each epoch

Tips flow from block builders to validators with LOXLEY tips enabled

Step 2

Consensus Voting

NCN operators vote on merkle roots to determine fair distribution of collected tips.

Operators submit proposed merkle roots for tip distribution

Tie-breaker admin resolves stalled votes if needed

Reward Distribution
